Introduction
One year long project for two volunteers who are interested in working with Youth; providing information and in human rights. Small team of three young people is looking for two team members, who will be excited to do diverse activities with them. We are Youth informational centre in small town Slaný near Prague; we provide information for Youth, cultural actions and projects under Erasmus+. This year project should be about human rights, refugee crisis and building tolerance between people. The following year 2017 we are planning to choose 2 volunteers from different parts of Europe with totally different cultural habits to promote cultural awareness. It will be very experiencing for those volunteers to live with each other share this opportunity.
Tasks
The volunteers will be: – searching for information and opportunities for Youth – organize cultural evenings about their culture and language clubs (with the support of the team) – visit schools and local library – cooperate with other EVS volunteers from near town – create activities to support tolerance and peace – promote Erasmus+ program
Criteria
We are looking for EVS volunteers who are – interested in the topics of the project; – speak english at basic level atleast; – are excited to join team of young people; – volunteers with fewer opportunities and from East countries will be prioritized – we don’t require any specific skills or previous experiences

How to apply
Building Bridges members and/or long term unemployed (proved by scanned document) will have preference to this volunteer service.
We will study carefully all application and selected candidates will be invite for Skype interview. The selection of volunteers will take place in the coming weeks.
For the selection of the volunteers we will need:
– Europass CV with picture (made in the last month) with skype name included
– Motivational letter, writing that your sending organisation will be “Building Bridges”. We ask all candidates to send a specific letter of motivation – why they want to volunteer with us rather than just a general EVS one. The volunteer is chosen according to his/her motivation and interest to the project and to the activities. It will be paid special attention to cover letters. Remember to write in the motivation letter that your sending institution is “Asociación Building Bridges”.
