We are a professional Youth NGO and our youth work is rapidly growing in the region of Nógrád. We are mainly working on the field with real less-opportunity children and youth. We expect you also to join on the field and put 100% of your potential to deliver and develop our activities.

Our mission is to create equal chances for all children and youth regardless their personal circumstances. We transform their passion into the way to make their own living. Our aim is to enable local youth to discover their own potential and use it to increase the quality of their lives.

Methods we use are: volunteering, new media, movement and sport. We are very open to experiment with new methods; you are very welcome to share your expertise!

A regular working week consists of min. 30 max 38 working hours including language course and meetings, excluding travel time. Every week you are entitled for two consequent free days, every month you get two days extra.

Hence, young people from the region tend to move abroad or to bigger cities in Hungary to start a new life. Szécsény is a historical town. In the center, you can find historical sites such as a castle, a tower and a bastion. In the town, you can find necessary institutions such as banks, schools, health center and pharmacy. The youngsters have no active social life in the town, they have very limited opportunities to spend their time with their friends or to go out.Since in the nearby villages there are no schools or only up until 4th grade, most of the children come to Szécsény on a daily basis to school. In the town there are three schools which provide classes from 1st grade until graduation, and beyond. Several artistic group works in the town. There are theater groups, a hip hop group and folklore groups as well.
