Introducción

It is institution of Gulbene District municipality. Idea of base  is to be a place for youngsters, where they can come and feel like at their own place.

Aims of organisation is to give support for local youngsters to realize their initiatives in local level and to enable young people to make informed decisions, to help them to avail of opportunities open to them, to realise their full potential and actively participate in community life.

Also – organisation is coordinator of youth issues in Gulbene – by spreading youth information to organisations, foundations, youth groups.

Non-formal education, youth initiatives and volunteering are 3 priorities of the YC . Our tasks are to develop and to realize youth initiative projects, events, activities, popularize the non-formal education and voluntary work, to intercommunicate with Gulbene municipality in the sphere of youth issues.

Objetivos becas verano deportes

The main aim of the project activities is to promote youngsters understanding of how healthy improve their daily lives and to promote sport as a method for promoting cultural learning and social inclusion through sport.

During the project we are planning to promote a variety of team and individual sports that are less known to young people such as lacrosse, disc golf, crossroads, as well as various activities with young people among well-known team sports, revealing them again.

Also participants will have the opportunity to improve their physical ability, to learn different exercises that can be used in each everyday life.

Tournament of various sports (traditional and unconventional sports) is a project goal as a public event.

Youth exchange will be based on non-formal education learning and for best goal reaching will be necessary the team work, patience and tolerance.

The 1st Place project will use various non-formal education methods. In the course of the exchange, young people using games, tasks, theory and discussion, as well as work in groups and creative activities get acquainted with 8 competences (Youthpass).

– to share experience with good practice examples, how to promote a healthy lifestyle and understanding of it;
– enable young people from different countries to meet, develop intercultural dialogue, be active and have the opportunity to manifest;
– promote young people at risk of social exclusion among the groups, the popularity of a healthy and active lifestyle, and to improve the overall quality of life as well to reduce social exclusion.

Participantes becas verano deportes

YParticipants should be chosen based on their interests and motivation. Therefore, profile of participant is following:
 4 participants + 1 leader per each country
 participant age 18+
 youngsters that are interested in topic
 gender equality (an equal number of boys and girls, recommend)
 ready to take part in the whole exchange and be active and sportive participants, be on time to each program session
 be able to communicate English
 ready promote visibility of project during YE on Facebook page
 after YE will fill aplication form in the Mobility Tool+ assignment (a questioner hat will be sent through email by EU Platform after the YE)

the selection of participants will be assigned to each partner organization
– preferably young people to be active, not necessarily be a professional athlete, but the main thing is for them to have this theme binding
– activities will be interactive based on non formal education. Please be prepared for interaction, mostly outdoor activities, open discussions and energizers.

Partners need to organize and conduct at least one meeting with their groups in their countries before the mobile activity. They are required to discuss the preparation for the cultural night; to do their researches and come prepared to discuss the project themes; and to be aware of the rules of participation in the youth exchange, travel arrangements, etc. That way, the whole group will be able to actively participate in the last preparations.

Viajes

Participants will be reimbursed up to the limit of the Erasmus+ financial policy- 360 euro.
The reimbursement would be done through a bank transfer after the main activities when all participants would acomplish the tasks of dissemination the project results and follow up activities.

Arriving and leaving dates should be maximum +1/2 day In case you are planning to stay longer or arrive earlier than the above mentioned dates, then one of the trips will not be accepted as legal expenses (not eligible).

Your arrival boarding passes, invoices and bus tickets will be collected the first few days while being in the youth exchange place. In case you can provide us the boarding pass and invoices of your departure (through e-check in) before you depart it will be great as well. In 14 days maximum, after the end of the YE, you have to send us the return tickets (boarding passes).
Missing tickets will not be reimbursed!

Participacion activa

Visibility

By joining our training course you are confirming active participation in all phases of the project (before, during and after training course).
Before the project main task would be to promote our project and to prepare material from local community about a national/local situation related to an unemployment and an citizenship.
During the project we require active participation on 100% of workshops and activities prepared by our trainers team.

After the project partcipant would need to acomplish task which would inclde action as organising thefollow up activities in their local communities with new methodology, promotion of our project through social

Visibility of the project and its results it is high priority for us. We would like to share our experience and knowledge about new methodologies useful in youth work. Thats why all together we will work on promotion on social media our project’s FB page.

Participants will have to acomplish task connected with the promotion of our FB page.
The promotion of FB page would start aproximietly 3 weeks before activities and finish in the end of the project. It is necessary to consider this action as your participation and contribution to this project.

Reembolso viajes

We would like to encourage participants to buy travel tickets as soon as possible to enjoy economical prices. Please do not buy travel tickets until your participation has been approved by us. All the travel costs will be reimbursed the earliest 3 months after the end of the training course/youth exchange.
Please note that the process of reimbursement will be carried out directly with the applicant organizations and not with the individual participants. We kindly remind all participants to keep the original tickets, invoices and BOARDING PASSES.

Health insurance will NOT be provided or reimbursed by the mobility organisers. All participants are required to purchase health insurance individually. If you live in an EU country and use a national health insurance system there, please apply for a FREE European Health Insurance Card:

We suggest that you buy an insurance for travelling, the INSURANCE IS NOT MANDATORY, but it is recommended buying it. Best insurance for Erasmus is www.seguroserasmus.com

Proceso selección para becas para becas verano deportes

1. Please send your application form, CV and motivation letter to asociacionbb@gmail.com. Remember to write in the motivation letter that your sending institution is “Asociación Building Bridges”. All documents written in english you can send to: asociacionbb@gmail.com with subject «YE Latvia Sports.YOUR NAME.YOUR SURNAME«. We give you creative ideas about how to create a good CV in English.

2. Pay the registration fee (40€) by Paypal or bank transfer to :Asociación Building Bridges, CIF G85466886. This registration fee includes one year membership to our National and International activities.
