As host organisation, we are able to welcome participants to make a traineeship.
We work with over 200 companies in Madrid and Spain.
Companies select participants with the profile they need for periods from three to six months through an agreement created for this purpose.
The daily schedule of the internships will vary depending on the necessities of each company (from 30 to 40 hours per week) and it is not mandatory for them to give you any remuneration.
We also offer language courses and cultural activities as host organisation.

To do this internship you will need to have good maths and computer skills. You’ll need accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll also need good communication skills. Min level of Spanish required B1, and it is ideally if you have studied accounting before. Usually placements are in accountancy practices or working at companies’ financial department. As an intern you can expect to do the following tasks:
There are various advertising opportunities and your tasks will differ from role to role. However, you need to be creative and confident as it is a very competitive field. Placement can be in a media company, advertising agency or within a marketing department. You are also expected to have min level of Spanish B2 and academic background in one of the following fields: PR, Advertising, Marketing or Business studies.. The tasks that you may expect to assist doing as an internship:
You can expect to do your internship in art gallery, dance or art school, or assist in preparing and implementing some cultural events. You are required to have a min level A2 of Spanish and interest in arts and culture. You can expect to do the following tasks:
The internship in this field will give you an understanding about everyday run of the business. During this experience you may do a variety of tasks – marketing, administration, basic accounting, sales, customer service – depending on the nature of business.
The purpose of this placement is to learn how the business is run and gain 360 degree overlook of different operations. You are required to have a min level of Spanish A2 and interest in business.
– Create fair work schedules and vacation schedules and track sick days
– Facilitate conflict resolution and deal with assisting Human Resources Department
– Taking payments, track invoices, give receipts and answer billing questions
– Marketing the business in advertising services in internet, social networks and forums
– Creating and managing spreadsheets and text documents
– Managing other technology tools including copiers, faxes and product packaging equipment
– Use multi-lines phones and e-mail to communicate with vendors and customers.
– Filling orders accurately and in a timely manner
– Offering customer services, answer product questions and suggestion on new products
Internships can be within an Events management company, PR company or NGO and can vary from corporate, leisure events to organising conferences, networking events, presentations, seminars and summits. You are expected to be good communicator and proactive with a min level of Spanish A2 and academic background in Business related studies. Your tasks may include:
You can expect to work with a fashion brand, designer, retailer or fashion sales online, showroom or boutique. Required level of Spanish is B1 and academic background in fashion and/or business. Depending on your skills you can expect to do the following tasks:
You are required to have a min level of Spanish C1 and excellent numerical and Excel skills along with finance related degree. The role will be based with financial services company, consultancy as well as within a financial department of a particular company. You can expect some of the following tasks:
With an internship in media participants can be placed in television, film, video production and post-production companies, photography studios, creative agencies and even record labels. Internship tasks depend to a great extent on the specific internship placement. You can find yourself operating cameras (Production), editing film clips (Post Production), conducting interviews, and helping develop and produce new projects, planning marketing strategies, and organizing special events to promote the films, you may even be involved in translating materials like scripts (Pre-production) and work on the social media side. As with all internships you will also be involved in general day to day administration tasks. You should have at least B1 level of Spanish and come from a media related degree.
Area-specific training can be invaluable for technical roles such as production and post production so you will have specific requirements such as:
During an internship in public relations, you’ll be able to help a company support the goodwill and brand of a product, service or person. You’ll learn about writing press releases and how to leverage media contacts to create a distribution of information to ensure your target audience is reached effectively. But most importantly in PR internships, you’ll learn how to determine if your ideal message was properly conveyed and absorbed by your audience to shift overall perceptions. You will find yourself interning with an estate/letting agencies or building societies. If you’re more into the financial side of things you can get involved in research to various markets and participate in property tours, in addition to receiving other forms of hands-on training. A large proportion of the work involves liaison with clients and other organisations such as mortgage companies or firms of solicitors, so good verbal communication and telephone skills are essential. You will need to have strong communication skills and minimum B1 Spanish level. You also need to be business savvy.
Similar to other business related internships, sales internships allows you to get a feel for the big world of business. The difference is that in an internship in sales, you learn specifically about marketing a product and the techniques needed to secure a sale. You will be the main link between the company and sales. You’ll also pick up new skills like managing sales cycles and pipelines in addition to lead generation through market trends. Opportunities for interns are definitely hands-on: for most companies, you will go on actual sales calls and help brainstorm and create marketing materials to support your pitch. Because you’ll be focused on selling products, you’ll learn a lot about the company itself which will help you decide what kind of company you want to eventually work for. For instance, if sales is your passion but you also love computers, you can intern at Microsoft; if you’ve always wanted to work in a creative environment, you can find your niche at a radio or television station. No matter which route you choose, when you intern in sales, you’ll be benefiting not only yourself, but others as well by driving new business. General tasks that you can expect to do:

As a student studying marketing, public relations, business, or a similar field, interning in social media is the most effective way to learn how to leverage the power of social media. Properly harnessing the power of social media requires having a unique voice within a customer or client community while offering valuable and relevant content through one, if not all, social media outlets. And social media isn’t going away, in fact, companies are searching for social media interns to keep up with competitors efforts as social media grows with new features and users every day. Who knows, maybe you’ll be a part of the next viral social media campaign promoting a customer competition or time-sensitive promotion while engaging users and influential voices within your industry. You are required to be social media savvy and have B1 minimum level of Spanish.
Within the translation field there are 2 types of placements that are generally offered:
Internships in translation and interpreting: Offering a hands on approach to technical, legal, financial, medical and literary translation, using CAT Tools and learning to organize the basic terminology for each project. And project Manager Internship: which involves understanding how to manage a translation project, coordinate the linguists involved, maintain a relationship with customers and organize technical resources and necessary terminology. You can find yourself working for translation company or assisting a company with translation projects. You are required to be native speaker of the language you translate into and demonstrate either some translation experience, academic background or a desire to pursue translation as a career. Minimum level of Spanish required is C1.

Travel and Tourism internships offer firsthand experience within a travel agency or tour operator as well as some touristic attractions. There are many aspects to a travel and tourism internship, such as: operation management, event planning, marketing, and customer service. If you have ever thought of working at a hotel, resort, or conference centre, a hospitality internship is right for you.

You are required minimum level of Spanish A2. Interest or academic background in travel and tourism is a huge plus as well as other business related skills.
Internships in the voluntary and charitable sector attract people that place values high and have interests in improving particular areas of society, without the feeling that making money is of the highest importance. Voluntary work is a good way to get experience in something you are interested in while helping others in some way. There are a wide range of placements available:
Workplaces can vary from charity to charity with some being office bound while others are on site delivering services. Depending on the role you are required to have at least A2 level of Spanish.
International trade allows us to expand our markets for both goods and services that otherwise may not have been available to us. It is the reason why you can pick between a Japanese, German or American car. As a result of international trade, the market contains greater competition and therefore more competitive prices, which brings a cheaper product home to the consumer. Depending on the company and the product/service they sell, your tasks will vary. You could do anything from Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Procurement and of course arranging shipment and logistics.

Journalists are writers that research information to be presented to the public through mediums like newspapers, internet, radio, television stations or the magazines. In many ways, journalism is the backbone of the media industry. Therefore, many media jobs require some aspect of journalistic experience. You could be involved in writing blogs for the company, writing press releases from events, doing a lot of research for journalists in the company, gathering information, updating website. You will need to have C2 level of Spanish and excellent writing skills. Possible tasks, depending on your skills and the placement:
There are many solicitors specialising in different types of Law. You could be involved in Business (Corporate) Law, Civil Rights Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Intellectual Property Law. As an intern you might be assigned to any of those firms where your main duty will be to assist the solicitors. You are required to have a C1 level of Spanish and strong academic background in Law related subjects. Possible tasks, depending on your skills and the placement
Marketing is a very broad field. There are many areas you might get involved in, such as: online, digital, affiliate, strategically marketing, assist on implementing market research, Search Engine Optimization and other. You may find yourself working either within company’s marketing department or within marketing agency and consultancy. You are usually required to have at least

As a HR and Recruitment intern you will be responsible for the attraction, selection, training, assessment, and rewarding of employees, while also overseeing organizational leadership and culture and ensuring compliance with employment and labour laws. Your placement can be based within an HR department or within recruitment consultancy who source and recruit the candidates for the companies and support them externally. You are required to have B1 level of Spanish and background in HR or Business studies.

Hotel and Catering interns may expect to do a wide range of tasks. You could find yourself interning at the front office reception, customers service, marketing and sales department. You are required to have a A2 level of Spanish. Possible tasks, depending on your skills and the placement
Graphic designers/web designer’s skills are for use in media and multi-media products such as magazines, labels, APPs, advertising and signage. Typical activities include: Designing client proposals, developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and internet website. This sort of placement would usually be in Advertising Agencies, Multimedia companies, Brand Agencies etc. You are required to have B1 level of Spanish and technical skills, knowledge of web design tools, e.g. Dreamweaver, knowledge of HTML, PHP, programming and the ability to learn new software applications is essential. Possible tasks, depending on your skills and the placement:
Internship in Information Technology may vary depending on your skills and on the company. You could be involved in Support- where you will insure the equipment runs smoothly in the office. You could also do internship in networking – connecting routers and switches. Or you could also be involved in programming. Skills required are A2 level of Spanish, Good IT knowledge and academic background in Computer Science related studies. Possible tasks, depending on your skills and the placement are:

The average duration of the internship grants is 3 months, however a slightly shorter or longer duration can be agreed with the company.
Internships are not normally paid, we have a small percentage of companies that do offer it, but we cannot ensure that the candidates fit the company’s requirements.
