About the project
Casa Netural is a coworking and co-living space active in many fields working with local community and professionals.
Volunteers will take part in all the activities, helping the members of the organization in preparing and running events.
Casa Netural is a space where to experiment through the «learning by doing» method.
Main activities are:
HOSTING – support activities in the community, management of the space by creating an informal and interactive environment, o meet the members of the community and favor links between them, create and develop events, communication (mailing list, e-mail, website, social media)
MANAGEMENT OF THE SPACE – To organize the space according to the needs and the activities, develop new strategies / projects / ideas for collaborations and communication, plan activities and timetable, participate to workshops and suggest new ones (co-design, recycling, etc)
COMMUNICATION – content for blog and social media, promoting initiatives, develop cooperation with other similar co-working space abroad, develop ideas to promote co-working at local level.
Volunteers will be encouraged and supported in the process of learning Italian language and the promotion of Erasmus+ program with specific events for young people and the local community.
Activities will last 6 hours every day and it may occur to work on weekends. Anyway volunteers will not work more than 5 days per week and will have to right to have 2 days of holidays per month.
How to apply
Building Bridges users and/or long term unemployed (proved by scanned document) will have preference to this volunteer service.
We will study carefully all application and selected candidates will be invite for Skype interview. The selection of volunteers will take place in the coming weeks.
For the selection of the volunteers we will need:
– Europass CV with picture (made in the last month) with skype name included
– Motivational letter, writing that your sending organisation will be “Building Bridges”. We ask all candidates to send a specific letter of motivation – why they want to volunteer with us rather than just a general EVS one. The volunteer is chosen according to his/her motivation and interest to the project and to the activities. It will be paid special attention to cover letters.
