Introducción
We seek to give opportunity to get acquainted with social inclusion topic and start to implement conscious social integration process in real life during and after this project. It is expected that it will help to reach united and co-operated Europe society, despite of social or cultural differences.

Viajes
Participants will be reimbursed up to the limit of the Erasmus+ financial policy- 360 euro.
The reimbursement would be done through a bank transfer after the main activities when all participants would acomplish the tasks of dissemination the project results and follow up activities.
Arriving and leaving dates should be maximum +1/2 day In case you are planning to stay longer or arrive earlier than the above mentioned dates, then one of the trips will not be accepted as legal expenses (not eligible).
Your arrival boarding passes, invoices and bus tickets will be collected the first few days while being in the youth exchange place. In case you can provide us the boarding pass and invoices of your departure (through e-check in) before you depart it will be great as well. In 14 days maximum, after the end of the YE, you have to send us the return tickets (boarding passes).
Missing tickets will not be reimbursed!

Village of Perloja is organizing annual sport event in which we will take place as well. There will be different sport types (football, volleyball, rope pull, etc.) and we will participate as a team

Reembolso viajes
We would like to encourage participants to buy travel tickets as soon as possible to enjoy economical prices. Please do not buy travel tickets until your participation has been approved by us. All the travel costs will be reimbursed the earliest 3 months after the end of the training course/youth exchange.
Please note that the process of reimbursement will be carried out directly with the applicant organizations and not with the individual participants. We kindly remind all participants to keep the original tickets, invoices and BOARDING PASSES.
To get reimbursement you need to present all tickets, invoices, boarding passes and receipts (originals): REIMBURSMENT If you travel by plane: bring the ticket, the invoice, boarding pass and receipt. Payment proof for the plane ticket: a) If you pay by CASH – bring ORIGINAL INVOICE from company with STAMP and SIGNATURE. b) If you pay by CARD – bring PRINT FROM CARD HISTORY( i-banking). If you travel by other transportation: bring the ticket, invoice and receipt.
Cómo llegar
Nearest airports: Vilnius or Kaunas in Lithuania Keep in mind that all the group will travel from Vilnius to venue by bus (arranged by organisers)! You can use www.momondo.com, www.kiwi.com or www.skyscanner.com to look for cheaper tickets Travel must be by the most economical means of transportation Travel option must be confirmed at e-mail before buying the tickets.
!LOCAL TRANSFER WILL BE DONE BY ORGANISERS FROM VILNIUS TO PROJECT VENUE AND THIS MONEY WILL BE CUT FROM TRAVEL BUDGET
WHEN WEARRIVE THERE?
22nd July (we will move from Vilnius city center to Perloja by bus at 20:00).
You are requested to be in Vilnius city center (details will be sent later) until that time. 23-30th July. 31st July, early morning bus will bring you to Vilnius. Plan your time accordingly as trip from Perloja to Vilnius takes up to 2 hours ( no earlier flights than 11 am) You are allowed to come max 4 days before the YE or leave after max 4 days after the YE, but the total amount of the days that are not part of the programme is max 4 days. If you decide to stay more than 4 days longer than the official programme, you will have to cover the traveling expenses yourself. During these extra days, you have to find your own accommodation and no other expenses are covered

MEDICINES&OTHER Your own medicines Insurance (Europe health card and/ or any other private insurance) Some things for the intercultural evening, decide on your own:) ! Please let us know if you have some illness, physical limitations or/and use some medicine !
Alojamiento
Youth exchange will be held in very unique Lithuanian village called Perloja in beautiful vila surrounded by nature in this place: www.perloja.lt. /

Three-four participants of the same sex and different nationalities will share one room. Bathrooms and showers will be shared among all the participants. We ask participants to inform the organizers in advance about any special needs regarding food (alergies, special eating requirements, etc.) or any other kind of special needs.

Health insurance will NOT be provided or reimbursed by the mobility organisers. All participants are required to purchase health insurance individually. If you live in an EU country and use a national health insurance system there, please apply for a FREE European Health Insurance Card:

Building Bridges members and/or long term unemployed (proved by scanned document) will have preference to this activity.
You should complete registration in 2 steps:
1. Please send your application form, CV and motivation letter to asociacionbb@gmail.com. Remember to write in the motivation letter that your sending institution is “Asociación Building Bridges”. All documents written in english you can send to: asociacionbb@gmail.com with subject «YE LITHUANIA CARTA Sports.YOUR NAME.YOUR SURNAME«. We give you creative ideas about how to create a good CV in English.
2. Pay the registration fee (40€) by Paypal or bank transfer to :Asociación Building Bridges, CIF G85466886. This registration fee includes one year membership to our National and International activities.
