Sobre el proyecto

‘Be Your Own Boss’ project will gather youth workers from Cyprus, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Italy, Spain in Limassol, Cyprus for a non-formal learning training course that will be focused on the learning process of coaching, creativity and entrepreneurship skills

Ideas and Opportunities

Participants will develop a business ideas and work towards the vision of the idea, recognizing its purpose and value

Resources

Participants will develop their individual and teamwork skills, will gather resources needed to turn their idea into action

Participants will be encouraged to network, share ideas and develop new plans together

Perfil de los participantes

The Training is designed for people who have experience in working with individuals or groups, as volunteers or as professionals. The training is for you if:

 You are a youth worker, youth leader, coach, educator, or entrepreneur.
 You have ideas for your own business or have already started to develop a business idea, or are mentoring others in developing their own business.
 You want to improve your personal & professional performance by developing your own entrepreneurship, coaching & creativity skills.
 You have willingness to transfer the knowledge gained to your peers.
 You have good level of English (at least B1 level).

Participación en el curso de coaching

By applying for this training course you accept and agree to fully participate in all phases of the training that includes:
 to establish your own Personal Learning Plan (PLP) as a preparation before the training
 to fully participate in activities during the training
 to take a part in the evaluation after the training
 to take a participation in follow-up meetings with your sending organization after the training
 to provide all the documents necessary for travel cost reimbursement

Coste y reembolso

 Accommodation, food, training materials are provided
 Travel Reimbursement: if you are coming from Greece, Bulgaria or Romania – 275 euros, from Lithuania, Estonia, Italy, Poland – 360 euros; from Spain – 530 euros.

NOTE:
 Travel tickets can only be bought after the approval of project coordinator.
 1st class or other upper class flight tickets, taxi costs and travel agencies fees won’t be refunded
 Persons who are coming late or leaving the training before the end will not have their travel cost refunded (exceptions force major situations)

Alojamiento

You will be hosted and catered at the MONIATIS hotel (tripe and quadruple rooms) and the training will take place at the same hotel, thus allowing participants to benefit of teamwork and exchanging good practices, etc.

Health insurance will NOT be provided or reimbursed by the mobility organisers. All participants are required to purchase health insurance individually. If you live in an EU country and use a national health insurance system there, please apply for a FREE European Health Insurance Card:  http://ehic.europa.eu
We suggest that you buy an insurance for travelling, the INSURANCE IS NOT MANDATORY, but it is recommended buying it. Best insurance for Erasmus is www.seguroserasmus.com

Proceso de selección para el training course

You should complete registration in 2 steps:

1. Please send your application form, CV and motivation letter to asociacionbb@gmail.com. Remember to write in the motivation letter that your sending institution is “Asociación Building Bridges”. All documents written in english you can send to: asociacionbb@gmail.com with subject «YE Cyprus, VICTORIA.YOUR NAME.YOUR SURNAME«. We give you creative ideas about how to create a good CV in English.

2. Pay the registration fee (40€) by Paypal or bank transfer to :Asociación Building Bridges, CIF G85466886. This registration fee includes one year membership to our National and International activities.
